Nature and Forest Therapy Experiences
In-Person or Remote
Forest Therapy, founded around the principles of Shinrin-Yoku, loosely defined as, “making contact with and taking in the atmosphere of the forest”, is a practice that is now backed by rigorous research showing the positive mental, physical, emotional and spiritual effects derived by this experience.
Our guides lead participants on a journey into sensorial experience, using a standard sequence of invitations that slow rhythm and support reconnection to the array of senses that lead us into connection with ourselves, one another and the land.

In-Person Nature and Forest Therapy Experiences

Online/Remote Nature and Forest Therapy Experiences
